Job Description
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers and members in their specific inquiries about products and services
• Create further interest in the company’s services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered
• Provide a high level of personalized customer service in relation to both clients and members.
• Carry out Fraud checks, if warranted
• Update databases with changes and status of each customer or prospective customer
• Arrange the dispatch of Products
• Check returned Products and prepare them for Refunds
• Follow up client calls
Experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Extensive experience in Customer Service preferably within the Online Business
• Be able to work on a shift between the hours of 1PM to 10 PM — 3PM to Midnight — 10PM to 7AM & Midnight to 9AM weekdays and Alternative weekends over a week.
