Job Description
RESPNSIBILITIES
We are looking for motivated individuals with at least 1 year’s prior experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role. The job will entail providing remote assistance to resolve a variety of IT issues. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in Windows 2007, Vista, XP, hardware, networking and printing issues. A formal certification, eg. MCSE or A+ certification would be advantageous.
