Job Description

The function of the Marketing Executive is to
1. Assist the management in developing strategic planning;
2. Assist the management in the daily administrating of the marketing department under the supervision of the Marketing Manager
3. Oversee the smooth functioning of the department under the guidance of the Manager
4. Typically, marketing managers oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. They establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed. -
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• School Certificate with Credit in English, French and Maths
• Higher School Certificate
• Degree in Management or Marketing
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Motor Car Driving Licence would be an advantage
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of two years experience preferably -
• Excellent and effective communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Self-reliant, self-motivated, and have an ability to achieve goals with and meet deadlines without supervision
• Excellent organizational skills, as well as planning, project management, and time management expertise
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instruction with great attention to detail is essential.
• Analytical skills and critical thinking
• Bi-lingual (French and English)
• Leadership skills
